For local clients; the easiest way is to Book an appointment . Generally for ‘easy’ setups, restrings, and nut/saddle jobs I try to turn around in 1 or 2 weeks — but for more involved repairs and restorations the current backlog is about 6-7 months out. For my out of town clients its better to start with this website form submission.
