Custom Commissioned instruments

If you would like to commission a custom build, send me a message to get the conversation started.  A $500 deposit gets your order into the queue, 50% payment due when the build begins, 50% payment when the build is complete. You can see examples in the gallery. If you don’t see an option on the price list, just ask! For inquiries about instruments, cases, or other special projects, shoot me a message.

Refunds & warranty

Returning Direct Purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your new Bruce Guitars instrument, you can return it (in new condition) within two weeks for a full refund.

Returning Retail Purchases. If you purchased one of my instruments through a retailer, then that retailer’s return policy governs.

Limited Lifetime Warranty. I guarantee the construction and materials of all my instruments (whether purchased directly or through a retailer) against normal use for the lifetime of the original owner. Any needed repairs will be handled with the utmost care.
