Flat-top octave mandolins

Based on a martin size 5 body shape; this is my take on the instrument. I have built several iterations of my octave mandolin, and it is always surprising how big they sound! Despite the small size: the flat top (vs. arch-top) makes for an extremely resonant and full tone.
